connect shows total score but individual scorecard is empty?

i have a approach g80 and synced my device after playing a round today with 2 players, everything saved and synced fine and in the scorecard menu i see the total score (91) but when i click on it the individual scores are empty and i see only my name?

does anybody have an answer to this it keeps happening and i can nog long keep score this way? Today it showed a zero round and and a total score round (both the same round) i cannot even remove the zero round and on top of that it keeps asking me on mobile that a round was started and if i want to save it, whilst i already saved and closed it on the device, really annoying
