I use a Garmin Forerunner 35 for running. I usually sync via USB cable with Garmin Connect app on my Windows laptop.
The activities of the past week uploaded successfully except my weekly long run this morning.
I copied the .FIT file from the device and tried to manually to Garmin Connect but gets error message "we don't support the file type you tried to import"
This is strange as all the other files are .FIT file type
Has someone experienced the same error and got a solution. Interesting that Garmin doesn't have 24x7 support
