Activity not show up in news feed

I had an running activity (6miles on treadmill, 5/16/2020) which shows up in my day, but not in news feed for other people to view. And it is wired that this only happen to that activity, today’s activity has been correctly updated. However it happen to my friend today. Can you guys take a look at what’s going on?

    Moreover, editing and saving activity indeed made it shown in Activity list. So it's a bug because I've not changed anything in it :) edit-and-save it's just a workaround trick that helps mitigating this bug, nothing more.

    However, even after editing, it is not listed in news feed.

    How did you edit the actvity, when it was not in the Activity list?

    Did you try clearing the cache of the browser, or force-reloading the News Feed page (Ctrl-F5)?

    Just today, I thought I was experiencing the subject problem, but this might help someone else.  After convincing myself the activities in question were visible to 'Everyone', I looked at the News Feed itself.  At the top of the News Feed, click the 'Filter by Category' drop-down and ensure the settings are what you expected. I don't remember ever setting it the way I found it (perhaps deleting cookies does something?) but adding checkmarks for activity types I wasn't seeing displayed them in the Feed immediately. Just for people searching for the same symptom going forward into 2023. :-)
