Garmin Edge 510 corrupt .fit file

Hi, just come back from a ride. To my dismay, the file is saying 'corrupt'! Please could you fix?

sorry, your file contains data, but too many parts lost to rebuild

instead of zero's there should be ride data

I am not familiar with your device

backup and clean your activities folder on the device
