I use the Training Effect and Training Load features from my Fenix 5, which as I understand are based on heart rate and other metrics from activities.
However, I am now looking to set custom heart rate zones for running and cycling as part of a program.
Does anyone know if the Training Effect and Training Load would be impacted by my setting custom zones? Ie: assuming you could do the exact same activity (time, heart rate, distance, etc, etc) twice - one as I've always done and then one after setting custom zones - would the Training Effect and Load numbers be exactly the same for both activities?
