Can someone help with this question?
Having done a larger than normal training session, I see a downward trend to the training status. and not much rise after on of my largest ever rides.
The rides in questions had the following TSS values
14th May - 46.7 - Indoor Training
13th May - 66.9 - Indoor Training
12 May - 176.0- Indoor Training (3 Hour ride on Zwift, starting at 11pm finishing at 2am on the 13th May) started with FTP training session for 1 hr 20 continued for additional t 1 hr 40)
9th May - 45.1- Indoor Training
7th May - No TSS ride as outdoors with no power meter, but Training effort was 2.5 for aerobic and 2.2 for Anaerobic
6th May - 52.8
6th May - Ride down Alp du Zwift only - no training benefit (just clocking up miles on a downhill)
5th May - 83.5 Indoor Training
4th May - 43.8 Indoor Training
3rd May 91.6 Indoor Training
2nd May - 80.8 Indoor Training
Indoor training is on Zwift with interactive trainer with power meter. Data is recorded on forerunner 935. The sessions are a FTP training session starting with FTP set by Zwift after an FTP test. Garmin Was set at FTP of 183 from ramp test but has automatically changed it twice to an FTP of 200 since the start of the FTP training course.
The training status for the last couple of week shows.
Is this right from the TSS scores?
Thanks in advance.
