Elevation readings none existent

Elevation feature is not working - any advice? Will not pick up any elevation when out on a run! I don’t think this has ever actually worked well.

Can you post a link to the Garmin Connect Web activity so we can take a look? What device are you using?

I’m using vivomove HR - doesn’t seem to pick up my routes either. I’ll see if I can post a link.

Not quite sure what you mean by "pick up my routes", but if you expect you get a map of the routes you walked, ran, or rode, then I am afraid you bought the wrong watch. Vivomove HR has no GPS, hence there is no chance it could record your tracks.

It has a barometric altimeter though, so the elevation profile could be available. Did you already ever calibrated the altimeter and/or barometer?
