i m not only one having this problem many friends have the issue in China
When you go now, in Garmin Connect Mobile, to Menu » Settings » Partner Apps, does it still look the same as on the screenshot in your first post? No Strava listed there? If so, then perhaps there are some contractual or licensing problems in China. Did you try contacting the local Support at Strava and/or at Garmin?
You could also try exporting the test activity as a file, and try importing it into your Strava account, to see whether at least this manual way works, or whether you get some kind of error too.
Yes it is still the same no stab listed in partner apps , when i do manual it is working . i think is licensing problem in China . i will check with local garmin support . thanks for your help
... perhaps another idea to test: it quite often happens to people that they inadvertently created two GC accounts, while thinking they have only a single one. Most often it happens when they make a reinstall of the app, or creeate one on the web, and the other one on the phone. In such case you may have Strava associated with the other account than you see on your phone app. You can read how to fix such case in the document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing(the title is not relevant to your case, but the culprit could be the same)
