How to remove old device

I had an F6 which I replaced in November 2019 due to problems with a new F6. Since then, the old watch has appeared in training status in GCM android and GCW. I deleted it directly from my account in garmin.com, but I still see the old F6 with training status? How do I remove it?

I removed old watch from garmin.com account so in my.garmin.com i have only new one, i check this...registered devices. But in training status in GCWeb and GCM i have two devices!!! Maybe I'm missing something?

Yes I try In my.garmin.com i have only new one registered! But in training status still two devices.

If you want to start anew, without any data from the old device, create a new account.

They will stay in the old account.

Edit: You could import the activities, but that seems to be a hassle anyway. You better live with the separate training status from the old device

.... And no other way to remove old device from trading status? That's very strange!!!

Maybe they will add such function in future. It looks they already started doing some progress in merging the training status from several devices, but I am afraid it will take much more time before it realy works to everyone's satisfaction. You can try requesting the function through https://www.garmin.com/forms/ideas/, if you believe it could accelerate the development.
