Hello,
On my FR 935 I noticed all scheduled workouts are not being shown in the calendar, the calendar will just show 'No Events' on days I have a workout planned. Using either Garmin Connect Web or the IOS app to create and schedule a new workout does however sync the data of the scheduled activity over to my device: If I look at the files on my FR 935 I can see new .FIT files listed in the Garmin/Workouts/Schedule folder that are being updated whenever I edit my scheduled activities in via the app or Garmin Connect Web. On top of that if the workout is planned on the current day the device will recognise there is a scheduled activity by asking if you want to start the scheduled workout whenever you select to start recording a new activity.
I have tried the following possible solutions to no avail:
-
Remove .FIT files from the Garmin\Schedule, Garmin\Workouts directory and Garmin\Workouts\Schedule director and push all scheduled workouts again by editing one
-
Removed all scheduled workouts from calendar and device and created new ones
-
Checked on Garmin Connect Web if the planned workouts are not hidden on the calendar
- Factory reset device
So it seems the device calendar is not able to show the scheduled workouts even though they are successfully synced to the device and recognised when starting a new activity.
Forerunner 935 software version: 19.10
Any help or ideas would be highly appreciated!
Edit:
One other thing I just found out: If you start a Garmin Running Training plan via the Garmin Connect app (the training plan where you get to select a Garmin coach) does show the workouts in the device calendar!
