Add body fat % to Garmin Connect?

Is there any means yet for us to add our body fat % and other measurements to Garmin Connect? Seems to be only possible if I buy Garmin scales. Shouldn't there be a manual option?

You can import body fat with the help of a simple CSV file that you import on the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

The file needs to be in this form (it may contain one or multiple lines of data)

Body
Date,Weight,BMI,Fat
01-11-2019,77.5,25.84,0
...

It does. I just tested it again now, and it imports fine. Just make sure you selected the right date format during the import, or change it in the file to another one.

BTW, do not enter the three dots at the end - they are in the example just to show that you can add several lines in the same format into the same files.

Do you know way to import Water and muscles mass as well?

No, unfortunately, in this way only Fat% can be imported. I am afraid that for those values you'd need the Index scale.
