Is there a place to find the all of the connect.garmin.com/.../ sites to make web requests and documentation? I am looking for how to list the gear that I have attached to my profile through web requests to import information and analyze later.

No, it is not a public API. You have to dig into the code, i.e. with the help of DevTools in Chrome, and find there yourself, what you need.
