Why is my activity time off?

It keeps uploading a different time than when I did the activity by about 4 hours earlier. How do you check the time zone for GPS?? My vivosmart is correct on the time.

Check out the Upload Time Zone in User Settings

My user settings does not show this option clearly. There is a a paragraph saying the language, date and time zone can be changed from my phone. Where on my phone then? I will ask Siri. LoL

Hi... sorry I didn’t catch that . I did it and it is in the correct time zone -Eastern but it is showing 5:00 and it is actually 8:00 right now so I am going to try and choose the Pacific which showed the 8:00 ???

I can't see how your GPS time might be wrong. I suggest you check web Connect both on the device settings and also your personal profile. One of them could be wrong because it's possible to travel to a different time zone and therefore would show different times depending on where you are vs. where your home location might be.
