Corrupt fit file and fail to repair

I finished a ride and can see the fit file in the History on my Edge 830 but the Garmin will not sync and will not upload through Garmin Connect or Strava. I have tried using the Steve Gordon website however that failed aswell

Any help would be much appreciated

Can you zip the file and attach to this thread? Also have you tried FIT File Tools? https://www.fitfiletools.com/
