I can sign-in on the web and even reset my password on the website using Safari however the app doesn't recognize the same password and states its incorrect. what can I do? I have tried b both Garmin connect app and Garmin ConnectIQ app.

Did you verify the username (Email) is the same? Garmin Connect Web account information

iPhone or Android? Do you have the latest version? Have you ever been able to log in to the mobile app? Is this a new install? I would test to make sure nothing is wrong with the app. Have someone else log in or create a 2nd Garmin account and test if you can log in with it. Or try on a different mobile device. Try reinstalling the app.
Found root cause! During login to the app, It was set to China mainland (where I live) but when I'd set up my account, I set it to the UK, where I'm from... so I just changed the country back to the UK and I was able to log in. Thanks for your support
