Zwift didnt upload to Garmin Connect but did to Strava.

Zwift didnt opload to Garmin Connect but did to Strava. When I try to upload the .fit file I get 'An error occurred with your upload. Please try again'. Ive tried using a .fit filerepair but I then get the message "files not supported by our system". Can anyone shed any light on this?

    hi,

    run your original fit file through Fit File Tool's section remover (do not remove anything)

    import this processed fit file manual from within Garmin Connect Web

    when this fails

    with your consent we can have a look at your original file with FitFileRepairTool

    zip the fit file and upload here in the forum (a simple drag & drop will work)

    or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

    or send via pm

    I just had this exact same issue today as well. My Zwift workouts always upload automatically to Strava and to Garmin Connect at the end of my workout. Today the Strava upload was there but not the Connect.

    Ok, the activity is now appearing. It just took a long time (maybe over an hour for it to populate). First time in hundreds of workouts I've observed this occur but this issue now appears to be resolved.

    Garmin Connect will not forward Zwift rides to Strava. They must be sent directly to Strava.

    Garmin Connect Data Is Not Syncing Over to My Third-Party App

    "NOTE: Garmin Connect will not forward data that has been received from one third-party fitness website to another third-party website that is also linked to your Garmin Connect account."

    Thanks for trying to help but that actually was not the issue that was being described here.

    The issue was that today, after completing a ride in Zwift, it took a relatively long time (about an hour) before that ride's data appeared in Connect.

    Initially after completing the ride, it was not appearing in Garmin Connect (from Zwift) even though it appeared in Strava (from Zwift). My Zwift is configured to upload rides to both and typically the data appears in both right after the ride.

    I have completed hundreds of rides without an issue, where they have successfully uploaded to both. But today, the ride did not initially appear in Garmin Connect after the ride, even though it did appear in the Strava app. I tried refreshing the Connect window and also quitting and logging back into Connect but initially that did not resolve the issue.

    After about an hour later, I tried Connect again, and the activity finally appeared in Connect.
