Sending workouts to device not working anymore?

I have a Garmin 245 and it will not let me sync the workouts that I created on the maps! Please advice what to do! I have tried the app and the computer and it will not recognize me!

Could be that you did not select a compatible type of workout when you created it? What exactly did you mean by telling you "created it on maps"? What maps? Is it it some 3rd party application?

I created it on Garmin Connect... it will not let me download it to my watch.

OK, but how did you create it? What type of workout did you select when creating it? And what it was with the maps?

Hello there,

I have the same problem.

I was able to do that a few weeks ago, but now I'm not able to upload any workouts (run, bike, custom), either from phone or a PC?

This is really annoying guys and it is a very important function!

Please help.
