Can I register myself as pregnant in the Garmin app?

I’m pregnant and couldn’t find an option to insert it in my cycle details. Is it possible?

Go to User Settings » Women's Health » Menstrual Cycle » Cycle Type and set it to No Period

simply setting it to “no period” is not even close to the same as having a pregnancy setting
