Unable to Access Device Settings on Connect Web--Garmin Case Opened

Since day before yesterday, unable in connect mobile or web to access device settings.  Get "Network Connection Error" on mobile, and "Sorry, we're having trouble with this page" on web.  Have opened case with Garmin. Latest version of GCM on lates iOS firmware.

If you're having this problem PLEASE CALL GARMIN ON 800.800.1020 (US) to report.
