Hi everyone, I’m doing a 10k coach plan with a goal time of 60min. I’m only in week 3 and it has set my long run as 17.3km!!! I can’t even run 10k and surely it’s aware of this, what can I do about it? Do I just end the run when I’m ready?

That specific coach training is based on run walk run method, that's why is long distance.
