Garmin Fenix 6 pro not sync elevation gain to NRC

Hello,

My Garmin Fenix 6 Pro works great, but i have a problem with syncing it with Nike Run Club. It doesnt sync elevation gain to NRC - both run and trail run.

Everything is sync correctly with Garmin Connect, even with Strava it is syncing correctly, but NRC doesnt read elevation gain.

Thanks for help.

  • Hi

Sorry for this. Same here. I’ve been reporting this to both Nike and Garmin since autumn last year, when the watch came out. Neither have dealt with it, nor (unusually for Nike) replied to the report.

Hope they pick this up and fix it. Surprised that Nike don’t want this fixed at least. I guess we’ve all got to keep speaking up to get it a higher priority to be fixed.

  • Same here.

    I use a forerunner 245 and OnePlus 6.

My watch is configured with Auto Lap - 5k. I think it started when I changed it from 1 to 5, but not sure. Setting it back to 1 didn't fix the issue. Besides that all default settings.

    Garmin connect - 4.31.1

    Watch - 4.40

    NRC - 3.8.1

Which phone do you use? What is your watch configuration? Versions?

  • Did anyone get any kind of response / solution to the issue?

  • Hi mate, I have the same issue, my cadence data is also not syncing, have you solved your issue?

  • Neither elevation or cadence is syncing. Just like the issues with doubling of walk/run results between Connect and Apple, this is not acceptable. Takes them years to fix simple issues. It does not build confidence in their brand.
