Cannot manually upload a Zwift ride .fit file

keep getting the error : An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.

when trying to upload this file : 2020-04-25-10-46-13.fit. Can I get some help?

did you report this with zwift ?

run your file through Fit File Tool's section remover (remove nothing)

import this fit file manual from within Garmin Connect Web

when this fails

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum (a simple drag & drop here wil work)

or provide a link to it on a cloud storage
