Deleted ride by mistake

I went to upload my ride today from 520 to strava and it has deleted. If i go to history on device it says no rides available. How do i find my data please?

with a lot of luck you could scan your device for fit files with a recovery tool like recuva or bitwar

checkout this website garmin.stevegordon.co.uk

run your file through Fit File Tool's section remover (without removing anything)

import this fit file manual from within Garmin Connect Web

when this fails

with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

zip the fit file and upload here in the forum (a simple drag & drop wil work)

or provide a link to it on a cloud storage
