corrupt fit file

I have a corrupt fit file it says cannot upload, some of the online tools say error and some say corrupt bytes

can anyone help,

Carl,

while waiting for the repair report back here :

the amount of FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder on your FR35
- (when folder contains many fit files time for a backup/clean operation)
the amount of FREE memory on your FR35
- (when low FREE memory, check above and below answer)
are you a MAC user
- (empty BIN on device)
was this activity with a long duration or distance compared to previous activities
- ( long ones use more memory )
was this activty with a pause somewhere during the activity

Onlytwo, I have found a website that could fix it

there were about 25 fit files,

there was free space,

not mac user, there is no bin.

this was a regular run

didn't push pause, but there is an area of trees that it takes a long time to get satellite fix at if I start run there.

we need your help

how did you manage getting your fit file repaired on the Steve Gordon web site?
would you be so kind and write a short step procedure for our fellow users with fit file problems ?
