Rest - Lap Button Press

I am wanting to do the ‘Razor-Sharp Abs’ workout provides on the garmin connect app. It says plank for 10 seconds then it says Rest - Lap Buttom Press. I was just wondering if anyone knows what this means in terms of how long to rest for? 

On other workouts it pre defines the rest so you know but on this one it doesn’t for any of the exercises. 

Does anyone know what they mean when they put this on the workouts that are provided?
