Garmin express has deleted my most recent run when i tried to sync?

I just did a run it saved to my garmin but when i tried to synch it didnt work, i checked my phone and the run is no longer on my garmin. It dleted the run when i pressed sync on the GArmin connect app. Is there anyway to retrieve it?

you could also check your phone content for fit files

as I understand you sync your FR10 with your phone

android or iphone ?

as I understood this would be a little too much files

your watch will have trouble managing this many files

best to backup and clean the activity folder (after the scan )

ah are there any fit files with a wrong time or date stamp ?
