O reviento y changed my iPhone to a new one, I downloaded GCM and when logged in I found out that there were none of my past activities nor equipment, how can I recover this data?

First thing is to make sure you're logging in with the same account used to access Garmin Connect Web

You do not need to delete any of them. You just need to assure that your device and all Garmin apps (GC Web, GC Mobile, GC Express, GC Explore, ...) are associated only with a single identical account. Use the hint #3 of the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing and also read the second post in that thread, with some complementary information.
