activity sharing settings : curves not visible for my contacts

Hello,
In Garmin Connect, my contacts cannot see my heart curves, speed, altitude, power on the activities that I share.
All the other information is displayed in the form of a summary table, but the curves do not appear.
Me for my contacts I see all their curves.
Can you help me to know which setting is wrong?

I checked a few of my own trainer rides and found an activity with the exact same behaviour, but I also found activities where it worked.

The difference between them was that the one that didn't work had…

Does it happen to be an imported activity? Or was it recorded directly by the Edge and synced to Garnin Connect as is? Do you see the curves yourself?

Hello All,

Thanks for your helping.

Activity is directly recorded with Garmin 810 Edge and phone.

Yes, curves are seing if I loggin with the good profil in web or garmin connect app but not visible with other profil share.

Hm, I did not see such case yet. Coud you try changing the type of the activity to plain Cycling, instead of Indoors Cycling, to see whether it has any impact? You can set it back again, after the test.

When nobody else peeks in with another idea, I am afraid you'll need to contact the Support. Please let us know then what the outcome is.

Hello,

Always impossible to see the curves of my contact.
I tried to delete it and join it again but still the same problem.
No more solution and I don't understand the problem.

I checked a few of my own trainer rides and found an activity with the exact same behaviour, but I also found activities where it worked.

The difference between them was that the one that didn't work had a map (with squiggles around my location) and it was hidden in a privacy zone since it was at my home. I removed the privacy zone and checked what happened. All the graphs appeared.

When I added the privacy zone back all the graphs disappeared again. Feels like a bug. Privacy zones shouldn't affect the graphs.

See if you can turn off the GPS for that activity type so you don't get a map next time.
