If it was a built-in activity profile, then you can copy it from another device of the same model. Activity profiles are in the folder //GARMIN/Sports/ - you could ask a friend, a local store, or someone on the Edge 520 forum. If it was a custom profile, then you'd need to have a backup of your device's drive, what I assume you do not have, otherwise you'd not ask here.
