I want to know if the polar H9 is compatible with the Garmin Forerunner 45?

I am researching chest heart rade monitors, and I noticed that Polar H9 is cheaper than the garmin HRM. Someone has the polar H9 and already connected with garmin watches? Would you recommend this monitor?
