First ever metric century -- corrupt fit file?

A4B91545.FIT.zip

I rode 100km for the first time EVER today, and was a little sad when the file wouldn't sync. I have tried to fix it myself to no avail. Any suggestions (I am guessing the file is corrupt in some way)? thanks!

the amount of FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder on your FR35
- (when folder contains many fit files time for a backup/clean operation)
the amount of FREE memory on your FRxx
- (when low FREE memory, check above and below answer)
are you a MAC user
- (empty BIN on device)
was this activity with a long duration or distance compared to previous activities
- ( long ones use more memory )
was this activty with a pause somewhere during the activity
