Adding heart rate afterwards from a FR235 to a Kickr virtual ride

Hi there.

I have a FR 235. I have a Kickr trainer. I would like to import my Garmin heart rate and my Kickr senor into a single file on Strava. How do I do this? Currently they both import separately.
