Corrupt FIT file, can anyone help?

I have a corrupt file from my Garmin 800, tried the online tool, but I have a Mac so can't try the other downloadable tools.

Can anyone help? Would be much appreciated, thanks!

your file can be repaired with help of Fit File Tools's section remover (try it)

follow the steps, ignore section removing

recording to your fit file ended abruptly, no other data in your fit file

happy & safe sporting

Hiya

Thanks for your help, yeah I got that section, but I was hoping the rest of the ride was on there. When I got back it showed 34 miles and 2.49 ride time, but when I plugged it in it just had that section.
