I am doing a Garmin Coach half marathon training plan.
The other day, instead of a scheduled 1hr 45min run, I completed a 5hr hike.
- Is there a way to tell the Garmin Coach training plan "I did this long hike in place of this long run"?
- Or, I can skip the long run activity, but then is there a way that I can tell the Garmin Coach training plan "please apply this long hike toward my training plan"?
Mainly, I want the training plan to recognize that I did an intense activity and not try to adjust my training plan to compensate for a missed activity.
