I have a forerunner 410. I used to download my activites into Training Centre via the Ant AGent then transfer the files into Strava. I did a rebuild on my PC and seem to have lost the Ant Agent and now it seems it is no longer available through Garmin and I am reluctant to load from a third party. I bit the bullet and made a change and downloaded into Garmin COnnect via Express.
I want to export the files but when I select activities the egg timer (or whatever they call the new thing) just keeps on turning. What's happening - not keen to link Connect to Strava permanently.
Can anyone help.
