Unable to change activity privacy in safari

I cannot modify the activity privacy in safari straight way

What was the straight way you are sure it was there before? If you want that all activities are public, or shared with a group, or connections by default automatically, you can change the global setting in your user profile.

You're right, I wasn't very precise. In the activity view in the right corner when I click on padlock in safari (13.1) nothing happen, in firefox i can modify the activity privacy (see below). In safari I can do this only going into activity edit screen, then when I click on padlock I'm getting the options to modify.

Well, if you know it works better in Firefox, report the bug to Garmin Support and use Firefox till they fix it (which may never happen).
