Corrupted file? The FIT file would not save from my Garmin 520 Edge, Any help on how to recover the data? File attached, i tried dropping it into Garmin connect but it failed.

The FIT file would not save from my Garmin 520 Edge, Any help on how to recover the data?  i tried dropping it into Garmin connect but it failed.
