Why I can't connect Garmin express on pc?

I'm wondering why my pc can't conect Garmin express. It's occurred conection problem for perhaps 4-5 months(I'm not sure but it's very long)

It looks like a problem with a firewall. Check out the settings of your firewall (either the built-in of your OS, or any 3rd party solution such as firewalls of anti-virus packages), and make sure Garmin Express is allowed to reach the external net.
