How do I reload an activity I accidentally deleted on Garmin connect? Garmin Marquises driver Mac user

Hi! Unfortunately accidentally deleted an activity from GC but still have it on my Garmin Marq device ! how can I upload the activity in GC on a Mac

and if I try to import the activity where do I find it ....because my Mac does not recognise or does not show an separated usb folder.

can you please help me?

The activity file is in the folder //GARMIN/Activities. You can import it on the page Import Data of Garmin Connect Web. As for accessing the folder on your Mac, I cannot advice much, not being a Mac user, but you can certainly google it up rather easily. A short search reveals for example the following links that may be helpful:

In the system settings of your watch, you can try setting the USB Mode to "Mass Storage" (if available) if you cannot access the folders on the watch with the mode "Garmin" or "MTP" (Media Transfer Protocol).
