My Zwift activities prior to March 2, 2020 appear in Garmin Connect heart rate details and I don't get credit for high heart rate in intensity minutes, but since then it doesn't. I've checked my heart rate zones and that hasn't changed.
Example screenshot below. During the second activity my ave heart rate was 152, max was 175, but that doesn't show in either the graph or the heart rate summary.
