On Friday I did an activity and my watch tracked and saved it. When I tried to sync the activity to Garmin Connect app, it didn't show up. It does show up in my activity folder on the watch though. I tried uploading the activity manually but the website says that the file type is unsupported. Can you please assist? I have attached the file below.
