I have a couple of activities that won't download and it is saying that there is a problem with some of the activities, but I can see on watch and when plugged in to my PC. Is there any way anyone can help me?

run your fit files through Fit File Tool's section remover
import the resulting fit files manually from within Garmin Connect Web
when this fails
with your consent we can have a look at your files with FitFileRepairTool
zip the fit file and upload here in the forum
or provide a link to it on a cloud storage
or send them via PM
