My app on my phone has just updated and it’s lost all my data over the years I literally have nothing on my garmin app it just asks me to log in which I have done and add new device pleeeeeease tell me I haven’t lost everything

Try logging in to Garmin Connect Web and check your activity history there.

Says nothing there either not even today’s run

Are you logging in with a different account? This shouldn't happen unless you've created a separate Garmin user account.
