Yoga instructions of all poses?

Is it possible to see all the yoga poses explained? You can check the instructions of a workout pose by pose with video's, but I would like to see instructions for all available poses. That way I can learn them and create my own workout. I'm a beginner and don't know most of the names. :)

OK, I understand now. Here you go:

First, open this address: https://connect.garmin.com/web-data/exercises/Yoga.json
Then take the name from the "POSE" list (for example ALL_FOURS - select and copy it with Ctrl-c) and enter it (Ctrl-v) into the following address instead of the keyword CAT:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/exercises/POSE/CAT » https://connect.garmin.com/modern/exercises/POSE/ALL_FOUR
Repeat for all positions you are interested in

You could do it in the same way for the other types, not only for POSE - just enter the keywords like MOVE, CORE, etc from the first file accordingly, instead of POSE in the second address

I could write a script listing all the adresses on one page, but am a bit lazy right now.

I do not have, but you can create it yourself in the exactly same way as described in my previous post (just before the post with long list).

Edit: On the other hand, I am not at all sure whether Garmin offers videos also for strenght exercises

This is immense. I was disapointed there wasn't a way to see all exercises on tiles and drag them into a workout. Something likethat but this is the next best thing. Thanks!

I agree with you! There is the list but is impossible to have a prevew of them and/or to know if there is a execise with or without the video.

Fantastic! How you generated from the .json the list with the links you posted for Yoga? Manually? Because I have to create one similar but manually need a lot of time that at the moment I do not have, unfortunately

My goal is to create an Excel file with all the links.

Yes, manually, with the help of an editor with an advanced Search & Replace functions (Notepad++), using some regex (regular expressions) to remove the unwanted parts and replacing them with what was needed.
