Your activity is not set public, hence we cannot look at it, but anyway, as the label "Export Splits to CSV" on the export function on the activity screen tells, it exports splits to a CSV file. Splits is the synonymum of laps, so if the activity has no laps, there will no data in the CSV file either. Use another format, like for example the TCX, GPX, or Google Earth file formats, if you want to save all keypoints of the activity.
As you can see there are splits/laps. I have it set to 1km as default. Export worked for the same type activity like a charm last week and earlier.
CSV/excel is right format for me cause it's my communication channel with my trainer
OK, if you have splits, the CSV file export should work. I just tested it to see whether there is not a new bug, but it still works fine for me. When you tell you are getting an empty file, what does it exactly mean. Is the file 0 bytes long? Or is it just the case that you are trying to open it with some program and it shows no data? Did you try looking at it with notepad?
I believe I have figured it out. My open office is not able to read it anymore with comma as separator and text in quotation marks. It is visible in Notepad++. Has anything changed in CSV export recently, because as I said it used to work before

Yes, Garmin have changed their CSV format. It did not use to have numerical values wrapped in quotation signs, but it does now.
