Hi I have been flowing the half marathon training with Greg. I am 14 weeks with 4 to go and the pan continues to give me long runs on a Tuesday, even tho I have it set to long runs on Sunday. I decided to change it to Saturday s and all I see to get now is 40min easyruns with the odd hour goal pace run 5:40 pace. But no more long runs ? If change from 4 to 5 days and boom 2 hour run 1:30 runs apear. So what I am asking is with 4weeks to go surely I should be in Long runs or goal pace short runs? I really don’t want to mess my plan up with 4 weeks left!!
