Recover deleted activity

Hi,

I accidentally deleted an activity on the Garmin Connect app on my phone. The activity is still on my watch (Fenix 5). Is there a way I can re-upload it?

I have tried syncing again to no avail and also going into the activity on the watch and selecting “send” but it just says “searching device” continually and nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated!

Connect your watch to a computer, find the corresponding .fit file, and import it manually into Garmin Connect.
