Hello, 

I have Garmin 910xt..

After workout it shows on the desplay: transfering data.. but I cannot see workout in Garmin Connect..

Now, I have maybe 4-5 workouts which are somehow not transfered to garmin connect..

Could you please help with this issue?

  • Are you syncing over the USB cable to the PC with Garmin Express, or over Bluetooth to the phone? In the second case, try the cable, and for troubleshooting the BT connection have a look at this thread.

  • The 910xt does not support data transfer over BLE (it doesn't have BLE at all), nor over a cable (the cable is for charging only). The only way to transfer data is the ANT+ dongle.

    If the watch indicates that it's syncing, but you don't see your activities in garmin connect, then two possibilities come to my mind: Either the activities are corrupt and garmin connect does not accept them, or garmin express sends your activities to another account. In the latter case, verify your account settings in Garmin Express.
