Vo2 Max is not getting updated on Garmin Connect

Hi,

I have recently bought Garmin Forerunner 235 couple of months ago but mine Vo2 max is showing of first day data. Vo2 max is not getting updated.

Please help.

If you are on the treadmill that will be why. I think it only works out on the road
