Won't Load a day

My Forerunner 35 connects fine and uploads my daily activities.. Except, this past Monday, doesn't upload

It's is on the watch, but doesn't seem to be able to upload..

This hasn't really happened before..

Advice?

I synced with my iPad and that filled in Monday for me... thank you for your hep

Attach your device via USB to your computer. Using file explorer go to the "Garmin" drive and look for the FIT file related to the date of the problematic activity. Attach the file here so someone can look at it to see what might be wrong with the file.

I connected it... but where would I find 'file exporter'

or '' Garmin drive'

Not file exporter, it's file explorer. Windows or Mac? If Windows, go to file explorer as in the image below. You should see a drive named "Garmin." Open that, go to the Garmin folder then the Activities folder. In there should be your activities listed with the .fit file extension.

Depending on what other drives are mapped on your computer, your activities should be in the location D:\GARMIN\ACTIVITY\
